Founder & Owner of Mineco, Steve is a highly experienced Mining Operations Manager with strong asset and operations management experience across the industry. With more than 20 years leading and managing mining teams across Australia, Steve has the knowledge and experience that makes him an insightful leader and a valuable consultant. Steve welcomes the opportunity to support clients in troubleshooting strategies that will deliver safe, efficient, and productive performance.

Blake Paterson

Operations Manager


Blake, operates with more than 16 years in the mining sector under his belt. His curriculum vitae reveals not only academic qualifications as a Mine Plan Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer but a broad spectrum of practical experience in Tech Services and Geotechnical environments. This experience has enabled Blake to develop a clear understanding of the needs and pitfalls that projects and operations can be faced with.

Strategy and Business Development


Ryan has over 10 years experience working in business development across the mining and civil sectors. His familiarity with the mining and resources sectors at national and global levels has helped him develop a strong understanding of clients’ needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In recognising that clients need effective resolutions to unique problems, he is adaptive and flexible, tailoring his services to suit those individual needs.

Paul Morgan

With over 20 years’ experience working for some of the mining sectors’ global giants, Paul brings a wealth of experience to his role. With equipment maintenance management, planning and supervision experience, Paul now brings that accumulated knowledge to lead the Mineco maintenance practises which adds real project performance and delivery of our works.

Megan Moore

Senior Human Resources Coordinator


With more than 15 years in management and administration roles before diversifying her experienced skill set even further, stepping into strategic recruitment and human resources. For more than five years she has managed recruitment and HR divisions/projects, including working for high profile organisations such as Queensland Health and WorkPac. Megan is highly accomplished in people management, driving good culture and improving client satisfaction, systems, and improvements.
